Villa Loredana is situated on Vodnjan Riviera, in a picturesque town Peroj, which is situated across from the National Park Brijuni. Peroj has very peculiar history. Town was established in 1657, by a group of families who run away from Monte Negro trying to avoid Turkish army- They decided to build their new homes and hearthstones in this beautiful part of Istria. The Venetian Doge helped them and allocated Istrian land for their use. These families built their new home in Istria, but maintained their autochthon customs brought from Monte Negro and their Greek Orthodox religion.
Peroj is only 2 km from Fazana, 10 km from Pula and 3 km from Vodnjan. Every hour there is a bus taking passangers from Peroj to the center of Pula. Peroj is also only 15 km from the Airport Pula.

Our villa has a large open swimming pool (7 x 3,50 m) with large sunbathing area and deck chairs. Swimming pool is in the garden part of villa, and garden features a hundred years old hackberry tree. Guests who do not wish to use or do not prefer the swimming pool can go to various natural beaches in and around Peroj, and enjoy various sports and activities: water skiing, pedal-boat rental, canoe rental, beach volleyball, diving, walking, etc.
